- What do you sell?
We don't sell anything. We actually just show you what's available and we give our inputs based on what we learned your needs.
- How do you get paid?
In Primary markets (pre-selling projects of the developers) we get paid by developers we are accredited with.
In Secondary markets we get paid by the BUYERS. That's right we bill you for our services to source the property you need. We do not split the commission with the SELLERS AGENT to avoid creating conflicts of interest. This ensures that our we are on your side through out the entire negotioation.
- If you get paid by the Developers, how do we know you would be on our side?
Because the lifeblood of our business is on the trust of our clients. We are accredited by competing developers and not single developers. Just like the rating agencies, Standard and Poors, Moodys, Fitch etc. They are also get paid by the companies they rate.
